Journalist recollects harrowing rape threats sent to her and it's shocking!

Renowned Journalist Barkha Dutt is one of the fiercest journalists our nation has seen. The journalist has achieved remarkable things in her life. She has covered wars, tragedies, controversies and has been in the middle of it all, and made it back with some devastating yet incredible stories to tell. At a show, when a famous Bollywood actress interviewed the journalist, the two spoke about many things.
The two spoke about digitalisation of the media and more, but what stood out was when the actress asked the journalist is she fears anything. To this she replied. "I've definetely felt it. I've reported a war from many countries. I've had near-death brushes. But usually, the adrenaline would take over the fear. I supressed that fear even more." She further stated how more than feeling fear she would just feel creeped out. She revealed an instance when she received spine-chilling rape threats from a bunch of men and how she had to get security for a couple of days but let go of it because as a journalist, she didn’t like it.
