Kabir Khan dedicates ‘Tubelight’ to late veteran actor Om Puri

Late actor Om Puri was one of the most talented, versatile and celebrated personalities of the Indian film fraternity. Kabir Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Tubelight’, which is releasing this Friday, will mark the last time the iconic star will be seen on the silver screen.
As a mark of respect, Kabir Khan has announced that the movie will be dedicated to the late veteran actor. “Yes, we have dedicated our film to Omji. He is sorely missed by all of us,” confirmed the filmmaker. As per reports, Salman Khan also wanted to honour the late actor’s memory and by dedicating the movie to him.
That really is very sweet of team ‘Tubelight’, isn’t it? The movie is set against the backdrop of the 1962 Sino-Indian War and will hit the theatres on 23rd June.
