Kangana Ranaut on Manushi Chhillar: She definitely is the quintessential Miss World

After a long 17 years, Manushi Chhillar bagged the title of Miss World and got the crown back to India and of her, we are all proud. Another proud Indian is Kangana Ranaut. The actress has made sure to express herself of the young woman's achievements and she truly did have the nicest things to say. What's more? Manushi has been rather vocal about what a huge fan she is of Kangana's.

On being questioned about Manushi, Kangana said, “I am really proud of Manushi Chhillar’s achievements. She definitely is the quintessential Miss World; she is a science student, highly educated. She is very very smart and she comes from a small town, especially Haryana which is infamous for harassment and crime against women and she has made us so proud that we have no words to express our gratitude for such a bright young woman, that we have in our country.”

One of Manushi’s winning shots at the competition was when she gave a heartwarming answer in response to a question being asked by the judges regarding which profession deserves the highest salary. To which she replied saying, “I think a mother is of highest respect. I don’t think it’s just about cash but love and respect she gives to someone. She is the biggest inspiration in my life. Mothers should get the highest respect.''

Talking about her heartwarming answer, Manushi said, "Since I am very close to my mother, I believe a mother deserves the highest respect. When you talk about salary, I don’t think it’s just about cash, but it’s the love and respect you give someone. I think my mom has always been my biggest inspiration; mothers sacrifice so much for their kids. It is certainly that one profession which deserves the highest salary, the highest respect and love."

After something like that, we bet many other than just Kangana would be proud of Manushi.
