Kate Middleton shares her post-baby weight loss secret that most moms can relate to!

Our A-listers are under constant pressure to look their best. And women more so considering the pressure to 'bounce back' after giving birth. And while we have seen the likes of Khloé Kardashian, Blake Lively and Beyoncé 'bounce back', another gorgeous woman to add to this list would be Duchess, Kate Middleton. After giving birth to three children, Kate still looks as fit and as healthy as she used to. What's her secret to that? That's what we have got you today!

We recently read about her 'secret' to post-baby weight loss and we must admit, that it was rather refreshing. Hello! recently reported that during her visit to New Delhi, India, to attend a garden party for the Queen's 90th birthday in 2016, the then mother-of-two was asked by a fellow guest, Prof BulBul Dhar-James, how she shed her baby weight so swiftly following the birth of Princess Charlotte. The Duchess of Cambridge simply said, "I am running after my kids." Now, how many of you new moms can relate to that?



No crazy diets, no cleansers and no unrealistic weight goals, just a simple run around the kids does the trick. The Duchess also recently revealed her love of "simple family moments" with her children. In an open letter to support Children's Hospice Week in May, Kate revealed, "Spending quality time together is such an important aspect of family life and for me, as a mother, it is the simple family moments like playing outside together that I cherish."
