Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif recently engaged in a conversation with Rakesh Junjhunwala, the Bigg Bull of Dalal street on Diwali eve on ET NOW. As per Forbes, he is the 53rd richest person in India, with net assets worth $2.2 Billion. It was not the usual movie and money talk. The conversation was philosophical and personal.

Here’s everything you need to know what Katrina said on his show...

On being asked what attracts her in a man:

“The first thing that attracts me is definitely a sense of humour and a personality. Because you have to get to know a person before you get to know deeper things. And there is nothing to beat a person who can make you laugh. That is the strongest vibe one can have.”

On being asked if it is contradicting that on one hand women are fighting for equal rights and on the other they want their door to be opened by a man:

“Women want equal rights and they want to be treated equally, but that does not mean women are saying I want to be men. A man is still a man and a man still has a position, which can never be replaced by a woman and vice versa. But that does not mean either should be treated as less equal. Equal rights to me doesn’t mean they are fighting to be the same gender. The main struggle we see all around is respect and equality, at workplace especially.”

On the importance of money:

“I think satisfaction is the most important thing. Happiness, peace of mind and love. As long as you are in a financially stable position, it is all the other things that matter. I think nobody can have peace of mind or happiness unless the are completely at ease and comfortable with themselves. That sounds easy, but it is a lot harder.”

How she takes success or failure:

“Success I something I never allowed to get to my head. I take failure harder. I take it very personally and that is something one needs to be careful of.”

On being asked what is her ultimate ambition in life:

“I think I have the answer to that. I am not convinced with just being an actor. It may be one of the most important things that I do in my lifetime, but I am not convinced that it is going to be the greatest ambition of my lifetime. I do not know what it is but I think life will show it to me eventually.”
