Currently shooting for 'Tiger Zinda Hai', Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are keeping their fans updated about the on-sets happening with their social media posts. Salman and Katrina are all set to reunite for the sequel to their 2015 hit 'Ek Tha Tiger'. While 'Ek Tha Tiger' was directed by Kabir Khan, the sequel 'Tiger Zinda Hai' will be helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar.

Having worked with Kabir on films by the likes of 'Phantom', 'Ek Tha Tiger' and 'New York', Katrina in an interview with a leading tabloid revealed that she misses the director on sets. Katrina said, "Kabir is passionate about movies. He was one of my first few friends in the industry. We miss him on set, but that’s how the industry works. You get close to people you work with, but then we go our different ways. I do feel the void."

Also talking about Ali, Katrina added, "I like Ali’s vision. He is a dear friend. I tell him that 'Tiger Zinda Hai' is a huge responsibility. His last film 'Sultan' (2016) was loved by the audience, so he can’t afford to be complacent. He is working hard. We shot some amazing action sequences last month."

'Tiger Zinda Hai' produced by Yash Raj Films is slated to release in December this year. Apart from 'Tiger Zinda Hai', Katrina will also be seen in 'Thugs Of Hindostan' alongside Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, and Aanand L Rai's next starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma.
