Katrina Kaif is the latest to join the Sabyasachi fan club

It’s a known fact that when Bollywood actors venture out for promoting their upcoming films, they often look upon their on-screen characters for some wardrobe inspiration. Alia Bhatt and Sonakshi Sinha exclusively dressed in the most exquisite ethnic ensembles while they promoted ‘Kalank’ like many others.
Now that Katrina Kaif is all set to promote her big Eid release, ‘Bharat’ naturally she’s looking at her on-screen character of Kumud Raina for inspiration. Based in the 1970s, Katrina’s character is seen with minimal makeup, natural curls, and sarees!
The beautiful actress has currently given up on her usual sexy looks, for a more sombre, simple, elegant saree – and what better choice than Sabyasachi for your sarees.
The actress chose a bubblegum pink saree from Sabyasachi’s spring-summer collection. She styled the chiffon floral saree with a matching full-sleeved blouse and a signature military Sabyasachi belt, adding that much-needed definition to the look. (also matching.)
Katrina’s minimal elongated earring, (also from Sabyasachi), naturally flushed makeup and signature straight hair were perfect accessories to the look. We’re quite in awe.
However, this is not the first time Katrina wore Sabyasachi in recent times. The actress was spotted in another Sabyasachi only last week. With a sleeveless blouse and a form-fitting drape, it was perhaps a sexier take on the saree. We’re not complaining.
