Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed a baby girl!

Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West have welcomed the latest member to their growing family. A little baby girl! Kim even took to her official website to confirm the news. She wrote, "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care."

The new-born will join older siblings North, age 4, and Saint, age 2. No name has been announced for the newest member of the family as of yet. They have had their third child via a surrogate and Kim even announced that their child is healthy and well, weighing 7lbs 6oz. Apparently, Kim used a surrogate because she has placenta accreta, a life-threatening condition that created serious complications during the birth of her second child, Saint. Buzz is that the surrogate lives in the San Diego area. And it's unclear if she gave birth there or at Cedars-Sinai in L.A where the couple's other two children were born.
