The reality star shared a snap from their FaceTime session where she scnadalously pouted at the camera while lying back on her bed with nothing on. The pic also featured a snap of birthday boy Mert Alas, who was turning 47-years-old. This picture came soon after Kim wrote on Instagram, "I love you to infinity! Happy Valentine’s Day!!!
