Kriti Sanon not finalised for Thugs Of Hindostan

Since the time 'Thugs Of Hindostan' was announced, speculations about the star cast of the film started doing rounds. While it is confirmed that Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan have signed on the dotted lines, there is no confirmation as to which actress will be roped in alongside the two superstars.
There were reports that Vaani Kapoor is signing on the film, which she later refuted. Post which mills were abuzz with rumours of Kriti Sanon being roped in opposite Aamir, but turns out that the makers have not yet finalised on the female lead. Taking about the same, a source close to PTI revealed, "We don’t know where this is coming from. We haven’t zeroed down on anybody. We have not locked anybody. We are still thinking who will fit the role best."
There were reports that the makers are looking out for a young female lead to cast opposite Aamir in the film. To this, the source further added, "We want to cast the right actress, we are not concerned about young or old. We want to cast the right girl for the role.The film’s shooting will begin from March.We are yet to zero in on the locations. We are still scouting, but most of it (shoot) will be in Mumbai." The film is to be helmed by director Vijay Krishna Acharya, and will be produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner.
