Ministry of External affairs grants visas to two Pakistan actors, allows them to shoot in India
According to a report by the leading tabloid, despite the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan, the Ministry of External Affairs has issued two Pakistani actors, Adnan Siddiqui and Sajal Ali.

Since the horrific Uri attack that took place last year, the Indo-Pak relationships have been precarious at best. While many Pakistani artists were forced to leave the country. So much co that actors like Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan were not allowed to come to India to promote their movie. Pakistani Cinema owners had also banned Indian films but recently lifted the ban.

A source close to film informed, "In September, following the Uri attacks and the surgical strikes, Sajal and Adnan's visas were rejected several times. Now they have obtained a visa for a month and will be flying to Delhi to shoot the final scenes and a song in February."

The two Pakistani actors, Sajal and Adnan will be in India shooting for 'Mom', a woman-centric film. As per reports, Adnan will play the role of Sridevi's husband while Sajal will play her daughter. The film will be produced by Bollywood diva Sridevi, who will also be essaying the role of film's titular character.
