Mobile phones of fans stolen outside Mannat on Shah Rukh Khan's birthday

We all know how much fans love a sneak peek of King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan when he makes an appearance on his birthday. Like every year, hundreds of fans thronged the area outside Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s residence in suburban Bandra, Mannat, to wish him on his birthday. But their moments of joy soon turned into terror when a few of them realised that their mobile phones were missing.

According to Bandra police, at least 13 persons filed complaints of their mobile phones getting stolen from outside Mannat, the star’s bungalow. One of the victims was 26-year-old Ankit Sahu, who had come all the way from Chhattisgarh to wish SRK, the police said. Shah Rukh who had gone to Alibaug to celebrate his birthday with family, friends and Bollywood stars, returned to Mumbai on Thursday evening.

Later that evening, Shah Rukh met the media, cut his cake in the presence of reporters and also greeted fans gathered outside his house. Well, we certainly hope his fans get their lost phones back. Stay tuned for more updates.
