Mohit Suri and Aditya Roy Kapur to reunite for a film?

Mohit Suri's 'Ek Villan' had opened up to rave reviews and had certainly left the audience wanting for more. The 2014 thriller starred Sidharth Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh in lead roles. Recently there were rumours that the filmmaker was planning on making a sequel to the film. However, he rubbished the rumours in an interaction with a leading media portal. Talking about the same he said, "I've heard that I am making 'Ek Villain 2' and that I already have a bound script which has been given to Aditya. But nothing like that is happening. 'Ek Villan' is another production house' property and they haven't approached me yet."
The director had been constantly spotted with Aditya Roy Kapur which also gave rise to speculations that the duo was working together on a new film. Talking about the same, Mohit said, "Yes, I am working with Aditya. It will be a thriller." He added, "My earlier films like 'Murder 2' and 'Kalyug' were also the same genre." He continued, "I am working on a script and dying to work with Aditya. Even as friends, I have to wow him with the script. Once I am done writing, I will pitch it to him." There were even rumours that he was going to cast Shraddha Kapoor in the film opposite Aditya. "I don’t know that as yet. Working with both of them would be great since I share a bond with them. After 'Aashiqui 2', I would love to work with them once again," Mohit concluded.
