Mumbai Police registers Accidental Death Report (ADR) in connection with Om Puri’s death

The sudden death of veteran actor Om Puri shocked the nation ad left his family and friends grief stricken. However things took a new turn when the deceased actor’s preliminary postmortem report came out. Although the reposted cause of his death was a massive heart attack, the postmortem reports state the cause of death as ‘unknown’. This raised a lot of questions and the Mumbai Police registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) in connection to the case. Om Puri’s domestic help and driver were even interrogated by the police regarding the case.

Considering the seriousness of the issue, the actor’s family has decided to release no official statements on this subject as of now.
