It was just yesterday that Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati' was delayed and will not take to theatres on the 1st of December. However today, protesters have gone even further with the whole controversy and have declared a sum of Rs 1 crore to the person who will burn Deepika Padukone alive. After being threatened with physical harm and her nose cut off, Deepika has now been threatened for her life.

The Akhil Bhartiya Kshatriya Mahasabha (ABKM) is offering the sum of Rs 1 crore to whoever burns her alive. ABKM President Bhuvneshwar Singh has reportedly announced this reward. He said that the actress should realize how it feels when Rani Padmavati had performed Jauhar (burning alive in a fire) to save her modesty. “Deepika would know the real character of Rani Padmavati when she is burnt alive. We will give Rs 1 crore to anyone forcing her to do so,” he said.

Earlier, the Kshatriya Samaj had announced a reward of Rs 5 crore for the beheading of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Deepika Padukone. Meanwhile, the CBFC has refused to certify the film on the grounds of 'incomplete application' and now the makers have voluntarily delayed the release of the film. The row doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon. Stay tuned for more updates on the same.
