Parineeti Chopra to star in Maneesh Sharma’s next?

Parineeti Chopra and Maneesh Sharma go a long way! Maneesh directed Parineeti in her debut film - ‘Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl’, post which the rumours of the two dating started doing rounds. However, with none talking about their relationship in public, the news of it soon died out.
Both have moved on to greener pastures, and now one hears that Parineeti will soon be roped in for a film to be helmed by Maneesh. According to a leading daily, Maneesh has a rom-com in his mind of which even the script is ready. Apparently, the makers want to rope in his ex Parineeti to play the lead.
A source revealed, "Aditya Chopra has liked the script and has told Maneesh to start the casting. In-house YRF actress Parineeti Chopra has been approached. While it was rumoured that Maneesh and the actress were dating and now have broken up, the two have always maintained that they are friends and never admitted to being in a relationship. If Parineeti agrees to do the film it will be interesting to see how the estranged couple will do a film together."
