Prepare yourselves to spot Kriti Sanon share the screen with Diljit Dosanjh in a comedy

Dinesh Vijan made his directorial debut with thriller 'Raabta' earlier this year where he worked with the gorgeous Kriti Sanon. The director is now all set to work with this beauty all over again in a production titled 'Arjun Patiala'. The production will also see singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh play a role opposite Kriti. Diljit made his debut as an actor in Abhishek Chaubey's 'Udta Punjab' and wowed most with his understated on-screen performance.

A source close to the development stated, "Kriti plays a journalist while Diljit in the titular role is a quirky, small-town guy. It's a character-driven comedy and will roll in February 2018. It will be shot in Punjab. The makers are leaving for a recce soon and hope to zero in on a director shortly". Dinesh, who has produced films even earlier said, "The Hindi film audience has already experienced Diljit's intensity, now it's time to laugh with him".

Kriti even commented saying, "I love watching good comedies and while shooting for 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' I realised that I enjoyed being a part of this world too. I'm looking forward to shooting with Diljit". The actor seems to be excited too. "Dino's team is a set of young, talented and creative minds who I am really excited to work with", he said.
