Priyanka Chopra: I injured myself while saving a co-star

Priyanka Chopra is riding high post her second 'People's Choice Award' win. The actress was recently hospitalised post suffering a minor accident on the sets of her popular TV series, 'Quantico'. While the actor was later discharged, she was advised a few days of bed rest. However, being a dedicated professional that she is, PeeCee not only resumed the shooting for the series but also made many public appearances.
The actress, who is well on her way to recovery, spoke about the minor head injury at the 'People's Choice Awards'. Priyanka said, "I was doing stunts and it was raining that night, or snowing or whatever in New York. I was wearing rubber boots and it was stupid...I have done so many stunts but never hurt myself. But I slipped on a wet road while I was saving someone else, another co-actor of mine..and I hit my head on the bumper of the car and the road. I was taken to the ER and they did a CAT scan and they said it was a concussion. I had to take three days off work, sit on my couch and literally listen to audio books because I was told not to watch TV or read books!"
On being quizzed if this injury will affect her performing stunts going forward, PeeCee further added, "No, I just have to wear my brace for a couple of days and then I am fine."
