Southern megastar Rajinikanth and Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar’s upcoming magnum opus ‘2.0’s’ release date has been pushed and here’s why

S.S. Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ and Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’ are undoubtedly the most anticipated movies making their way to the silver screens this year. However, while ‘Baahubali 2’ is all set to release by the end of this month, it seems like the viewers will have to wait a little more for ‘2.0’.

The magnum opus, which also stars Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson, was earlier slated to release this year at Diwali. However, the special effects for the movie are taking longer than the makers expected and, therefore, the movie will now hit the theatres on 25th January 2018.
