If reports are to be believed, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has struck a close friendship with Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, who made her Bollywood debut with 'Raees'. Apparently, the two were introduced by common friends from the industry and have hit it off since!
While Mahira hasn’t been to India after the ban on Pakistani actors, her debut film, 'Raees' was released in India after much controversy. Considering that she was not able to be a part of the film promotions, the actress was apparently not pleased about the same and made it evident in some interviews to foreign news agencies.
On the topic of an unlikely friendship between the duo, sources reveal that Ranbir and Mahira met during one of their foreign trips and got along like a house on fire. "They have stayed in touch ever since," the source further added.
