Ranbir Kapoor’s growing fondness for Mahira Khan raises eyebrows?

Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan made heads turn as they posed together for the paparazzi at the red carpet of a recent event in Dubai. While their fun camaraderie was pretty evident at the event, it seems like there’s more between the two than ‘just friendship’.

A friend of Ranbir recently revealed, “Ranbir is very fond of this lady (Mahira). He speaks about her very warmly and affectionately and proudly shows her pictures on his phone to close friends. This is building into something more than just a casual friendship.” Well, this sure is a surprise, isn’t it?

On the work front, Ranbir is currently shooting for the much-awaited Sanjay Dutt biopic in New York, which is on the verge of its completion. As for Mahira, she hasn’t signed any Bollywood projects post her successful debut in ‘Raees’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan this year.
