‘Rannbhoomi’: Varun Dhawan to collaborate with Karan Johar and Shashank Khaitan

Varun Dhawan will have a busy year as he is busy currently shooting for ‘Sui Dhaga’ and ‘October’ as well. And now the actor will be collaborating with his mentor Karan Johar and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ director Shashank Khaitan’. On Monday Varun Dhawan shared a picture with both Karan Johar and Shashank Khaitan. It will be a war-themed film. The film will release on Diwali 2020.


The actor revealed that their next project will be ‘Rannbhoomi’. He took to Twitter and wrote, “#RANNBHOOMI. Diwali 2020. A warrior will rise.@karanjohar @ShashankKhaitan @DharmaMovies.”



Also, Karan Johar wrote on Twitter, “RANNBHOOMI is Shashank’s colossal and ambitious imagination to attempt a hat-trick with Varun and Dharma. Shashank & Varun make an epic blend of creative and commercial extravaganza and that is exactly what Dharma Productions’ vision for the coming few projects is. Very excited to bring them together again for this Diwali 2020 epic tale.”



Varun Dhawan will be seen in ‘Sui Dhaga’ with Anushka Sharma and in Shoojit Sircar’s ‘October’ along with Bantia Sandhu. While director Shashank Khaitan is currently busy shooting with Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter for ‘Dhadak’.
