Ranveer Singh turns down a film with Katrina Kaif due to Deepika Padukone?

It is a known fact that top Bollywood actresses, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif do not share a very warm equation. The cold-war between two has often been in the news and recently there were reports that Deepika's alleged beau Ranveer Singh is trying to sort out the differences between the two leading ladies.

While it seemed like the two actresses have ironed out their differences, recent industry buzz has us believing otherwise. Buzz is that 'Baar Baar Dekho' director Nitya Mehra, recently offer Ranveer Singh a film opposite Katrina Kaif. While the project was apparently great, the 'Padmavati' actor refused to be a part of the film.

If the industry hearsay is to be believed, Ranveer even met Nitya but politely turned down the offer to be a part of the project. While Ranveer is on great terms with Katrina, the actor decided not to be a part of the project owing to his alleged lady love's rocky relationship with the leading lady.

Ranveer, who has just returned from a break is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati' alongside Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor.Post 'Padmavati', Ranveer will begin his prep for Zoya Akhtar's 'Gully Boys' with Alia Bhatt. Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif has 'Tiger Zinda Hai' with Salman Khan, 'Thugs of Hindostan' with Aamir Khan and Aanad L Rai's next with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in her kitty.
