Bollywood actress from the '90s, Pooja Dadwal is suffering from Tuberculosis and is admitted to a Mumbai hospital. The actress who starred opposite Salman Khan in 'Veergati' has apparently reached out to the actor for help as she has been abandoned by family and is also undergoing a financial crisis. Addressing this, Salman recently opened up about the issue at a press conference on his Da-Bangg Tour in Pune.

Salman was not aware of Pooja's 'difficult phase' and said, "We are trying to help as much as we can. So I think Aunty (Helen Aunty) was already onto it and taking care of it. In fact, I didn't know that she was going through this difficult phase in her life but, yeah, I think she will be okay." He added that they are trying to help as much as they can. Pooja was reportedly admitted to a hospital in Sewri, Mumbai about 15 days ago after being detected with Tuberculosis.

Due to not being properly treated, the condition of the actress is getting worse. The actress recently said in an interview with leading newspaper, "I learned about 6 months ago that I had a serious illness like TB. I tried to contact Salman Khan for help, but nothing has been done so far. If he looks at my video then maybe he will help me. I have been admitted to this hospital for the last 15 days. I used to do casino management in Goa for the last several years. I have no money at all; I depend on others for drinking tea." Bhojpuri superstar, Ravi Kishan sent one of his acquaintances recently to Pooja Dadwal with money and fruits.

Well, here's hoping that she recovers soon.
