Salman Khan says no to ‘Tere Naam 2’

Well, yes it's true- Salman Khan recently rejected a sequel to 'Tere Naam' and has asked Satish Kaushik to look out for another lead. ‘Tere Naam’ hit the theatres in 2003, and was one of the best films of Salman’s career. And while Salman’s acting in the film was much applauded, looks like he is in no mood to star in the film’s sequel.
Director of 'Tere Naam', Satish Kaushik , has been working for two years on the sequel of the film. He has been writing the script for two years now. However, Salman is not too interest to be a part of the film. Satish approached Salman to star in the film, but apparently the star has rejected the film.
According to a leading daily, Salman is happy with the idea of a sequel to 'Tere Naam', but is not really keen to star in it. Salman has suggested Satish to lookout for new actors to play the role. He has asked Satish to ahead with the film and cast new and young actors instead. Salman might have a cameo in the film, but all we know is that he will not be starring in the film.
