There has been a lot of curiosity surrounding the little kid, Matin Rey Tangu's part in Salman Khan's Eid release, 'Tubelight'. Salman introduced the world to the kid wonder last night in a glam-packed gala ceremony. Talking about his favourite co-star, Matin, Salman said, "Matin is one of the brightest kids I've ever worked with and it was an absolute pleasure!"

When quizzed about Shah Rukh Khan's cameo in the film, Salman said that Shah Rukh was always Kabir's first choice for the part and he just made it happen. The 'Kick' star revealed, "When Kabir narrated the script, that time only he said that he wants Shah Rukh for the cameo. So I called Shah Rukh and asked him about it, and when I said I want you to do this small thing, even before I completed it, he said ‘yes, let’s do it’! That’s what we call Bhaichara."

While the film is scheduled for an Eid release in India, the makers are apparently having a problem in securing a release in Pakistan. Talking about the same, Salman Khan Films COO, Amar Butala clarified, "We are hopeful and the process going on. They have limitations on how many films they'll release on Eid, they have their own laws, but I hope the censor passes it. Overall we have the widest 3500 screens in India and 950 screens overseas."

Starring Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, Chinese actress Zhu Zhu and late Om Puri in pivotal roles, 'Tubelight' is all set to release on June 23.
