Here is the reason why Arbaaz Khan will not be shooting for 'Dabangg 3' in mid-2017
Arbaaz Khan had earlier made an announcement that he will begin shooting for 'Dabangg 3' by mid-2017. However, it looks highly unlikely as Salman Khan has a busy year ahead. Salman's next 'Tubelight' will soon have a release date, post which Salman will start shooting for 'Tiger Zinda Hai' alongside Katrina Kaif.

A source close to DNA revealed to the daily, "Arbaaz produced the first two instalments and also directed 'Dabangg 2'. He was waiting for the right concept to come along and now that he has got it, he has flown to Switzerland for a month to complete the script. Currently, he is staying at the tourist resort Arosa in Switzerland completing his script and has visited Zurich for recce as some parts of the film will be shot there."

Though Arbaaz is all set with his cast and crew in place, it is highly unlikely that the shoot will happen this year. The film will see Sonakshi Sinha as the female lead alongside Salman. The source further added, "Right now, Salman is busy with other projects. After he completes shooting for 'Tubelight', he will go into the schedule for 'Tiger Zinda Hai' and his sister Alvira Agnihotri’s next production. Then there is the 'Race 3', which will start this year. And Remo D Souza’s film on a father-daughter relationship. Which effectively means 'Dabangg' 3 is in a queue and won’t roll this year."

Well, we will have to wait a bit more to see Salman play the mischievous Chulbul Pandey on screen.
