Sanjay Dutt to return to the comedy genre with Sajid-Farhad's next?

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is currently busy shooting the third schedule of Tigmanshu Dhulia’s 'Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster' which also stars Chitrangda Singh, Jimmy Sheirgill and Mahie Gill in pivotal roles. It is now being reported that the actor has signed a new film which is a musical comedy titled 'Blockbuster'. The film will be directed by Ajay and Lovel Arora and will reportedly go on floors in April. Writer-filmmaker duo Sajid-Farhad is said to be writing the script for this film.
A source in the know revealed, “The film marks Sanjay’s return to the comedy genre. The team had conducted an extensive recee in Goa and Mauritius for the multi-starrer being produced by Sandeep Singh who had earlier collaborated with the actor on 'Bhoomi'. A big studio is expected to come onboard as co-producers shortly.” Meanwhile talking about the same, Sandeep revealed, “The musical-comedy will have five songs and we are currently in the process of finalising the ensemble cast.” Stay tuned for more updates.
