SRK's 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' averts clash with Akshay's 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha'!

One of the biggest clashes of the year, Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' and Akshay Kumar's 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha' has been averted! Earlier both the films were to release over the Independence Day on August 11, but as per the reports, SRK has preponed the release date of his film to August 11.

Earlier it was Neeraj Pandey's directorial 'Crack' featuring Akshay, which was to release on August 11, but as the film got indefinitely postponed, Akshay's 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha' was announced to be releasing on the same date.

However, Shah Rukh's decision to prepone the film doesn't affect the trade collections as August 4 also happens to be a long weekend owing to Raksha Bandhan holiday on August 7.

While there was a lot of speculation surrounding the title of Shah Rukh Khan's next with Imtiaz Ali, the actor recently took to his Twitter handle to reveal the title.



Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma-starrer 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' is slated for an August 4 release. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar, Bhumi Pednekar and Anupam Kher starrer, 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha' is aiming for an August 11 release.
