Shah Rukh Khan to not make a special appearance in ‘Baahubali 2’

A report in a leading daily suggested that Shah Rukh Khan was to make a special appearance in SS Rajamouli's epic historical drama 'Baahubali 2'. The filmmaker has completed shooting for the film and is soon gearing up for an April release. Talking about Shah Rukh's cameo in the film, a source had revealed, "The makers had approached South actors like Suriya and Mohanlal for a cameo in the Telugu film, which will be dubbed and released in Tamil and Hindi. But now it will be Shah Rukh who plays the character of a mediator between protagonist Prabhas and villain Rana Daggubati. It is an interesting sequence in the narrative."

However, the makers have denied the news calling it a rumour. The 'Baahubali 2' team took to Twitter and rubbished the rumours. They tweeted:
