Father Shakti Kapoor talks about his relationship with his 'darling daughter' Shraddha Kapoor
Ever since the news of Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Akhtar became public, the rumour mills have started buzzing about Shraddha Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar's alleged romance. Though Shradhha and Farhan have always rubbished the rumour, it refuses to die down! According to the recent media reports, the duo has taken their relationship one step forward, and that Shraddha has moved into Farhan’s bachelor pad.

However, recent media reports claimed that Shraddha's father, Shakti Kapoor was unhappy with this live-in arrangement and turned up at the apartment on Sunday, and dragged Shraddha back to their Juhu home.

Laughing off the reports Shakti Kapoor, who has just returned from his holiday in Goa said, "I came back from Goa only last evening and was shocked to read what is being reported. It’s absolute nonsense. Shraddha is a wonderful kid and I asked her to not take such gossip seriously. I have been a part of the Hindi film industry for 35 years and have been a target of many such controversies myself.”

Talking about Shraddha's relationships and alleged link-ups, father Shakti Kapoor said, "Earlier she was working with Aditya (Roy Kapur), she was being linked with him too,” he pointed out, reiterating, “I really respect Farhan; he is a really talented boy and comes from a respectable family.”

Shakti Kapoor opened up about his relationship with Shraddha and said that he and his daughter share a very warm relationship. He said, "All of us in the house share a warm, friendly equation. We don’t hide things from each other. I know the day she finds someone and wants to get married, she will tell me. And if I like the boy, I will have no problems at all,” he asserted, quick to say that Shraddha is currently focussed on her work."
