Media photographers beaten up by hotel bodyguards for clicking Shilpa Shetty’s photos

For Bollywood stars every other day is full of drama. While it’s usually the stars who are in the limelight, this time two media photographers seem to be grabbing headlines. The two photographers identified as Himanshu Shinde and Sonu were reportedly trying to click pictures of Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra while they were on their dinner date at a restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai.

Shilpa Shetty is always a favourite of the paparazzi, and like always the actress happily posed for the shutterbugs. Everything was going smooth, until Shilpa and Raj stepped into their car and the chaos followed. The hotel’s bodyguards lashed out at the photographers and created a havoc leaving the two severely injured. A recorded video of the incident has allegedly gone viral on social media. In the video it is clear how brutally the bodyguards have beaten up the media personnel.

They were beaten black and blue, clothes torn, faces bleeding. The photographers even tried to fight back but their efforts went in vain. Apparently, the victims tried the police helpline number but no one responded. It was only after an hour that a hotel employee called up the police to report the incident and reportedly the police arrived at the scene immediately. As per reports the victims have been taken to the hospital where they are receiving treatment for their injuries.
