Actress Shruti Haasan who is also singer was clueless that why everyone trolled her for ‘Behen Hogi Teri’ role. She also had to gain weight for the film which was natural as well feels the actress. She feels that her role looked fine in the film. She feels wired that why people point out things which are normal. There’s a certain way how human body goes states the actress. The actress states that there are great contents which she wants to be a part of.

Talking about her role in the film she said, “It was the job which asked me to gain weight. I still don’t get why people were bothered about it. The way the role was and the character was, I think it looked fine, and people liked the film. It’s weird that people point out things that are natural. There’s a certain way how human body goes, and I don’t understand those who make fun of that.”

Shruti Haasan said, “I loved ‘Binny’. It was so different from all the other roles I had earlier played. ‘Behen Hogi Teri’ was a very different film and that’s the kind of work I want to do. I watch so many movies, and there’s such great content that you want to be part of.”

Talking about working in regional films as well, she said, “I was born in a multi-cultural family. So, working in regional films and Bollywood has never been a big challenge for me. There isn’t much of a difference when it comes down to the nature of work as an actor. But having said that, I think I’ve never even felt the burden of working in different regional films. It’s been done so smoothly. The transition from one language to another has been so smooth, and I am proud of it.”
