Sidharth Malhotra opens up about his marriage plans

Sidharth Malhotra has entered into his 30s and believes that it is going to be an interesting phase in his life. The actor, to a popular daily, revealed that in his 30 the actor feels more relaxed, responsible, and secure. However, the daily also put forth questions related to his marriage plans, and if his parents expect him to settle in terms of starting a family.

To this, the actor said, "I have no pressure from my parents to get married. At least, it hasn’t started yet. My parents are definitely liberal. But none of my cousins or close relatives was pressurised to marry at a certain age or to take up a certain profession or anything."

Sidharth further added, "My mother is still at that phase where she asks me, "'Beta, are you still working?' They belong to the typical, middle-class section and are still concerned with kaam kaisa chal raha hai. A household thing or settling down will happen with time. Hopefully, before my 30s end. At least that’s the plan."

However, if rumours are anything to go by then, Sidharth is currently in a steady relationship with Alia Bhatt. The two have never come clear off their relationship, and have maintained that they are close friends. Well, marriage or no marriage, Sidharth will always remain a heartthrob!
