Here’s what Sonakshi Sinha has to say about the ongoing nepotism debate

Kangana Ranaut calling Karan Johar the flag-bearer of nepotism on his chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ led to a further controversy as every actor thenceforth was asked to comment on the same. Many actors added to the debate, and the recent one to state her opinion on nepotism is Priyanka Chopra.

Sonakshi Sinha, whose father Shatrughan Sinha also has been a part of the industry, made her big Bollywood debut alongside Salman Khan in ‘Dabangg’. Like it is known, Salman inspired Sonakshi to lose weight and provided a launch pad for her in Bollywood.

In an interview with a leading magazine, Sonakshi was asked if she has anything to add to the ongoing nepotism debate. To this, Sonakshi said, “I don’t know what it means. Let them say… yeh jo naya word ban gaya hai na… trend… karne do. Don’t want to get into only.”

On the work front, Sonakshi starrer ‘Noor’ has already hit theatres. She will soon begin shooting for ‘Ittefaq’ alongside Sidharth Malhotra.
