Sonam recently revealed that she doesn't believe in censorship and that everyone should have his or her own choice of outfit or sexuality or marriage
Sonam Kapoor is one of the few Bollywood actresses who is known to speak her mind and make a point. While the actress on Koffee appearance with Kareena revealed that she has mellowed down over the years and prefers to reserve her opinion on various issues, she recently proved that she will not hesitate to voice her opinion if she believes in the cause.

At a recent event, the actress said that she doesn't believe in censorship and that everyone should have his or her own choice of outfit or sexuality or marriage. Sonam said, "I don't believe in censorship. Everybody should have their own choices in whether they want to wear a burka or a bikini. Same goes with the choice of their religion, the way they want to dress, preference of sexuality, decisions on their education and marriage. The more you censor someone there will be more rebellions out there."

Talking about the issue further, Sonam concluded saying, "We are supposed to be the largest democracy in the world so, each one should have the right to lead their life according to their choices."
