Sonam opens up about her equation with Deepika on ‘Koffee With Karan’

'Koffee With Karan' season five is a tad different from the previous seasons. While the revelations and confessions made on the chat show have often made front page news, this season celebrities chose to be tight-lipped to avoid controversies. But that didn't stop Karan Johar from asking them questions that would make news. Tonight episode was no different!
Today, Karan's chat show has two leading ladies grace the couch - one who makes statements with her fashion sensibility, and another who is known to have opinions. Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, soon to star together in 'Veere Di Wedding', made quite an amazing duo on tonite's episode. While Kareena was on fire (as usual), Sonam towards the end of episode stated that she was diplomatic.
But, there was one revelation that Sonam made about Deepika Padukone that defined the equation between the two. When Karan asked Sonam about her equation with Deepika, the actress was quick to quip, "Honestly Karan I don't know her at all. The last interaction that I had with her was on the 'Koffee With Karan' couch." When KJo asked who she thought was a better actress, Sonam said, "Let's say if someone asks me who is the better actress between Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone, I would say Priyanka. But that is my opinion and that does not mean I don't like Deepika. I admire what she has done with her career and she is doing very very well. She is very beautiful. But I have too much going on in my life to be making statements about other people. It does not affect me. I am a very happy person."
