Sunny Leone recalls how Chunky Panday stood by her when nobody did

Sunny Leone is a big name today in the Indian film industry and is known for her charm and magnanimous heart. However, there are many who used to and still continue to point fingers at her due to her past and the fact that she is a former adult film star.
The actress recently appeared on Neha Dhupia’s podcast show ‘#NoFilterNeha’ Season 2, where she recalled how once during an award ceremony, she felt alienated as no actor wanted to share the stage with her. “They wanted to put me on stage with another woman or any other actor and all of them said no. But someone really nice ended up saying yes,” said Sunny. However, it was Chunky Panday who then said yes and was happy to share the stage with the beautiful actress. She added, “When a new person comes in and specially when they think it’s shady or who is this person, where does she come from. There is some sense of curiosity. Plus, at that time, there were probably many women who didn’t like me. I’m okay with that, I don’t really care so much, but it was weird to sit there, and I was sitting there for a very long time because they couldn’t find somebody to go on stage with me. Somebody told Daniel (her husband) and then he told me.”
The affectionate tone in which Sunny recalled the incident on the show and spoke about Chunky, speaks volumes of how deeply she remembers it and feels for him.
