Sushant Singh Rajput: Kriti is a very dear and a special friend

Sushant Singh Rajput, who is currently busy with the whirlwind promotions of 'Raabta' has also been fielding the rumours of his alleged romance with Kriti. While both the actors have vehemently denied the allegations, the reports refuse to die down.

When asked Sushant to define his relationship with Kriti, the 'Raabta' actor said, "Kriti is a very dear and a special friend. There are many things that we can talk about, and share similar passions. Delhi background, engineering, food, films. She is also very transparent and a very hard working actor, which I absolutely admire."

Since the trailer was released, both the actors have been complimented for their sizzling chemistry. When asked if there is more to it than what meets the eye, Sushant added, "Kriti listens to everything happening in a scene intently and reacts to it and I try and do the same. This is the only reason I feel that most of the times the chemistry between us is appreciated. It was there even when we were auditioning together for the first time and didn't know each other."

A film about eternal love, on being quizzed if he believes in same, Sushant added, "I can't make too much sense of life itself. But, I genuinely feel if there's anything worth doing, it has to be for love."

Directed by Dinesh Vijan and starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon, Jim Sarbh and Rajkummar Rao in pivotal roles, 'Raabta' releases on June 9.
