If the industry buzz is to be believed, the release of Haseena Parkar's biopic has been delayed further
There is a lot of speculation surrounding the release of Shraddha Kapoor's next, 'Haseena - The Queen of Mumbai'. While the film was to clash with Akshay Kumar's 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha' earlier, the makers decided to shift the date to September. The makers moved the release to September 22nd and are all set to lock horns with Sanjay Dutt's comeback film, 'Bhoomi'.

However, if reports are to be believed the film is all set to be further be postponed. Insiders suggest that Shraddha has already dived head-in for the preparations of her next project, a biopic of ace tennis player Saina Nehwal. With the actress busy with the workshops to master the sport, the promotions for 'Haseena' have been put on hold.

Considering that team 'Bhoomi' is neck-deep in the promotions and the promotions for Apoorv Lakhia's 'Haseena' have been put on hold, it definitely makes us wonder if the release has been pushed again? While there has been no confirmation regarding the delay, the industry buzz suggests otherwise. Helmed by Apoorv Lakhia and starring Shraddha Kapoor and Siddhanth Kapoor, 'Haseena' is based on the life of Haseena Parkar and is slated to release on September 22.
