Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas got married at the Umaid Bhavan Palace in Jodhpur in two wedding ceremonies, a traditional Hindu ceremony and a Christian ceremony. To say that Priyanka looked radiant in her attires is pretty much an understatement. For her Christian wedding, Priyanka opted for a custom Ralph Lauren gown which left everyone mesmerised. And for her Hindu wedding, the actress chose a traditional Sabyasachi lehenga with ornate detailing and beading.
While her Ralph Lauren ensemble featured hand-embroidered floral details, tulle thread work with lace-trimmed sleeves, and an intricately beaded collar, her Sabyasachi lehenga, "took 110 embroiderers and 3,720 hours to make the hand-cut organza flowers, French knots, and layers of thread work." Now, one would say that it isn't easy to draw up a sketch of something so intricately designed, and yet there seem to be quite a few sketch artists out there who were so in awe of the couple's wedding pictures that they took up this task and nailed their sketches.
