Bollywood is excited as Deepika Padukone's Hollywood debut film, xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage' hit theatres today! The film helmed by director D.J Caruso also stars Vin Diesel. On Deepika's insist Vin and Caruso even came to India to promote the film right before its release. The stars promoted the film amidst much fanfare, and also arranged a special screening of the film for close friends.
Many celebrities that included Deepika's co-stars and others were present at the screening. Post the premiere of the film many celebrities praised Deepika on Twitter for her portrayal in the film. Preity Zinta, Irrfan Khan, and Ashutosh Gowariker tweeted:
