Tiger Shroff starrer ‘Student of the Year’ to release on this date

Filmmaker Karan Johar who had launched Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan his three students in ‘Stunden of the Year’ and now the filmmaker is all set for his second one. This time it is Tiger Shroff. The makers of the film had earlier released the poster of the film starring Tiger Shroff. The female lead is to be announced shortly. As of now only Tiger Shroff has been revealed in the posters by the makers of the film.


On Thursday Karan Johar announced the date of release for the film. He took to Twitter and wrote, “SOTY 2 will release worldwide on the 23rd of November 2018! The two new leading ladies will be announced next month! The franchise forges ahead under the baton of director”. Earlier also they had shared the poster of the film on social media.


Talking about the female lead earlier the names which came out were Sara Ali Khan, Disha Patani, Ananya Pandey, but Sara Ali Khan is doing ‘Kedarnath’ with Sushant Singh Rajput, and it will be her debut film as well with Abhishek Kapoor.
