Here's the real reason why Varun Dhawan did not opt to star in Nitesh Tiwari's next
Recently there were reports that Varun Dhawan is all set to star in 'Dangal' director Nitesh Tiwari's next. The reports suggested that Nitesh's next was to be based on entrepreneur Varun Aggarwal’s self-inspired novel, 'How I Braved Anu Aunty Co-Founded a Million Dollar Company'.

Though the reports suggested that Varun will announce the project, the actor recently revealed that not in Nitesh's next but he will be starring in Shoojit Sircar's romantic thriller, 'October'. However, this is not the only biopic that Varun has rejected in the recent times, the 'Badlapur' actor also passed the opportunity to play the legendary hockey player Dhyan Chand, and Olympian shooter Abhinav Bindra.

When quizzed about his refusal to do biopics, Varun revealed that he won’t play any real-life characters at this stage of his career. Varun explained, “I’d love to play these glorious people, who brought such recognition to the country. But to be very honest, I don’t think I’m emotionally or spiritually equipped to handle such roles. Maybe later in my career, but right now, I don’t want to play real life characters.”
