Varun Dhawan on flirting: I feel the reverse psychology works better on women

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan may have millions of girls swooning over his charm and charisma. However, in his recent appearance on Neha Dhupia’s podcast ‘#NoFilterNeha’, he revealed that he doesn’t really know how to flirt.
“I actually don’t know how to flirt. I mean in the sense, like the terminology of just normal flirting is really cheesy, I feel. I mean, just those normal lines, I don’t think they work on any girl,” admitted the actor. He further revealed that he believes the ‘reverse psychology’ works on women. “Jitna bhav doge utna woh durr bhagegi, jitna kam bhav doge utna who paas aayegi. Jaise ki school mein girlfriend hoti thi, main bhagta tha uss waqt peeche ladkiyon ke. I feel reverse psychology works better. Also, I think if someone really wants to be with you then you don’t need to try so hard for that."
On the work front, Varun is currently shooting for father David Dhawan’s much-awaited ‘Judwaa 2’ alongside Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu, which will hit theatres on 29th September.
