Veteran actress Farida Jalal is NOT dead

After Dilip Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Yo Yo Honey Singh, another actress becomes a victim of a death hoax. The message that veteran actor Farida Jalal has passed away started doing rounds on social media and soon became viral. However, when contacted the actress, Farida affirmed, “I am hale and hearty.”

Rubbishing the hoax rumours, Farida Jalal who was last seen in YRF’s shot film series, ‘Love Shots: Scandal Point’ claimed, “I don’t know where these baseless rumours are coming from. Initially, I laughed, but from last 30 mins my phone have been constantly ringing and everybody is asking the same question. It’s a bit irritating, I wonder why people spread such rumours.”

Amidst the rumours of a possibility of the second season of hit TV show ‘Shararat’, the actress will be soon seen playing a prominent role of a Kashmiri woman in Imran Khan’s upcoming film ‘Sargoshiyan’.
