Veteran actress files molestation and stalking case against businessman, Amar Khanna

Veteran actress who has appeared in several cult movies during the 70s and 80s and she has wowed the audiences many times with the roles she took up in her movies. The actress has now made headlines after she recently filed a molestation case against businessman, Amar Khanna who apparently was known to her family since earlier on.
According to a leading news agency, the actress filed a molestation and stalking case against the businessman stating that he molested her over the past few months as also bothered her thoroughly. Reports suggest that the actress and Khanna knew each other through family however the relationship started souring after they had fought with each other and the two families had even stopped talking. And despite this, Khanna chose to send her messages to convince her to talk to him. He was apparently even caught misbehaving with the security guard of her building.
Annoyed with all of this, she filed the case with the Juhu Police Station where she has accused him of molesting and threatening her. The complaints have been lodged under section 354 (d) and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. Now we hear that the accused was arrested on Thursday, the 22nd of March and will be produced in court today. Further investigation on this case is underway, as stated by the police.
