Will we not be seeing Sanya Malhotra in 'Manmarziyan'?

Sanya Malhotra garnered a lot of acclaim as an actress after her latest stint in 'Dangal'. She wowed the audience with her powerful performance and so it comes as no surprise that we will soon be seeing a lot more of this beauty on the big screen. However, while we received news that Sanya was to play a role in Anand L. Rai’s 'Manmarziyan', it has come to light that she will no longer be part of the project.
There have been several reports about the movie's cast as also the script. “Sanya was supposed to be part of 'Manmarziyan' but now she is no longer doing the film. The script went through few changes and now Taapsee Pannu has been approached for the same,” a source who is close to the film revealed. Sanya is currently shooting for Ritesh Batra's next untitled project.
The film that initially had Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar playing lead roles was rumoured to be directed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, but reportedly she has opted out of the project and chose to do 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' instead.
