Oil Based Cleanser

Ingredients:

1 tbsp coconut oil1 tbsp almond oil1 tbsp castor oil1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe and Application:

This oil based cleanser is an essential for removing heavy make-up. This cleanser is most useful for removal of waterproof stubborn make-up. This is the best kind of cleanser for dry skin as it deeply cleanses the skin and also moisturises it. For people with oily skin, substitute olive oil with jojoba oil so that it is lighter on your skin.

One can mix all these oils together and store in bottles for using it whenever applying heavy make-up. This will make for a great make-up remover for any type of skin and a single swipe is all you will need for the oil to pull off the excess make-up.

Daily Make-Up Remover

Ingredients:

1 heaped tbsp honey1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp baking soda

Recipe and Application:

If make-up has become a part of your daily routine, here is a DIY make-up remover that will not only be easy on your skin, but also your pockets. Owing to its strong anti-bacterial properties, honey can be used as an excellent cleanser.

Mix honey and lemon juice together and apply on your face. Taking baking soda and rub it gently across your face to combine with honey and lemon. The three together will work wonderfully over the skin. The honey will help remove stubborn, water proof make-up off your skin, whereas lemon will provide as a natural bleach. Baking soda will help exfoliate the skin resulting in a glowing skin surface.
