A relatively new procedure, for the eyelash perm the lashes are coated with a special adhesive and wrapped around mini foam rollers. This coating holds them in the curled position and a perming solution or cream is applied to the eyelashes with a tiny brush. The roller-wrapped fringe is then covered with plastic wrap, which lets the chemical concoction settle for some time.
